it was a matter of Political participation by an employee working under a CONTRACT
whereby I quote part of the judgement

'...... 3) The Applicant has not come with clean hands inasmuch as he has failed to
make a full and frank disclosure regarding:
i. his involvement in active politics;
ii. And very serious complaints made against him in the past
as per Documents marked as Annexures R1 to R7.”....'

“You participated in active politics contrary to your contract of employment.
You were engaged in meetings for the Party “L’Alliance Nationale” during the
electoral campaign on:
a) 31 October 2019 at Bel Air; and
b) 02 November 2019 at Saint Pierre.”
